Packing lunches

With Mike coming home with his new job, I have to make ajustments. One of those adjustments is packing his lunch. I ask, "What would you like for your lunches?" The shoulder shrug and the reply, "whatever". Loads of confidence there. So it's up to me to make good, nutritious brown bag meals. I did pick up some chips, can do better next time, and plan to make some pudding or cookies tonight. There is plenty of carrots and fresh fruit, either pears from our own tree, some watermelon or a banana. To top it off a nice tuna sandwich. Ok, that's not very special, but what if I put in a nice note of encouragment and some pickles. That should do the trick.
